A method of raising an immune response in an individual against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) the method comprising: (a) administering to the individual DNA or SFV encoding an HIV Env protein and optionally nucleic acid encoding one, any two or all three of the HIV Gag, Pol and Nef proteins (b) subsequently administering to the individual viral vector encoding an HIV Env protein and optionally viral vector encoding one, any two or all three of the HIV Gag, Pol and Nef proteins and (c) administering to the individual oligomeric HIV Env protein and an adjuvant.Linvention concerne un procédé pour susciter une réponse immune chez un individu contre le virus dimmunodéficience humain (VIH), le procédé comprenant : (a) ladministration à lindividu dADN ou de SFV (virus de la forêt de Semliki) codant pour une protéine Env de VIH et éventuellement dun acide nucléique codant pour une, deux quelconques ou les trois parmi les protéines Gag, Pol et Nef de VIH (b) ladministration subséquente à lindividu dun vecteur viral codant pour une protéine Env de VIH et éventuellement dun vecteur viral codant pour une, deux quelconques ou les trois parmi les protéines Gag, Pol et Nef de VIH et (c) ladministration à lindividu dune protéine Env de VIH oligomère et dun adjuvant.
