PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to obtain a reliable effect of heat sterilization in a heat sterilizing device for a cutter for agricultural and horticultural crops by combusting a liquefied gas, and a simple structure of the device.SOLUTION: The tip part 3 of a blade is heat sterilized by flameless combustion of a mixed gas with a catalyst by guiding the mixed gas from a liquefied gas cartridge 4 combined in a grip part 2 to a thin metal pipe 8 held in a channel formed at the tip part 3 of the blade as a gas flow passage, combining a combustion reaction catalyst 10 and an electric heater wire 9 covered with a heat accumulation ceramic material in the gas flow passage 8, and heating the mixed gas by the electric heater wire 9 to heat the combustion reaction catalyst 10 at the temperature for initiating the combustion of the catalyst.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】農園芸作物用切断具の液化ガスの燃焼による加熱殺菌装置において、確実な加熱殺菌効果が得られるようにするようにし、かつ装置の簡略構造を提供する。【解決手段】把持部2に組込んだ液化ガスカートリッジ4からの混合ガスを刃先部3に形成した溝に設けたガス流路としての金属細管8に導き、このガス流路8に蓄熱性セラミック材料で被覆した電熱ヒータ線9および燃焼反応触媒10を組込み、電熱ヒータ線9で混合ガスを加熱することにより燃焼反応触媒10を触媒燃焼の反応開始温度に加熱して混合ガスを触媒により無炎燃焼させ刃先部3を加熱殺菌する。【選択図】図1
