PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which among harmful substances such as cigarette smoke and building materials, gaseous substance is difficult to remove or eliminate with currently available air cleaners using dry filters.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an air cleaner in which: a wet filter with water is used to adsorb the gaseous harmful substance that dissolves with water as the solvent and water for cleaning is used to clean the filter to dissolve the harmful substance in the cleaning water, thereby removing or eliminating the gaseous harmful substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】タバコの煙や、建築資材などの有害物質のうち、ガス状物質は、現状販売されている、乾式のフィルターによる空気清浄機では、除去や軽減が難しい。【解決手段】水による湿式フィルターを使用することにより、水を溶媒として溶ける分のガス状有害物質を吸着し、洗浄用の水にてフィルターを洗浄して洗浄水に有害物質を溶け込ませることで、結果としてガス状有害物質をも除去又は軽減しようとする空気清浄機である。【選択図】図2
