A measurement system, measurement method, and computer program product for measuring exhalation flow rate are provided. The measurement system includes a suspension device and a measurement device. The suspension device includes a suspension arm and a receiving portion. The suspension arm includes a pivotal connection portion. The pivotal connection portion is pivotally connected to the receiving portion. The measurement device is received in the receiving portion to bear the brunt of air exhaled by a subject, such as an asthma patient, and thus causes the receiving portion to rotate or swing about the pivotal connection portion. The measurement device yields a measured exhalation flow rate according to an angular variation of the rotation or swing.
