A medical imaging system for providing healthcare service to a subject is disclosed. The medical imaging system includes a communication module configured to communicate with a user device of the subject over a messaging channel. A subject registration module is communicably coupled to the communication module. The subject registration module is configured to receive one or more requests for registering the subject in the medical imaging system through the messaging channel. The one or more requests are scanned to obtain registration information of the subject. The registration information is associated with performing an imaging procedure for the subject in the medical imaging system. The medical imaging system includes one or more memory communicably coupled to the communication module and the subject registration module for storing the registration information. Based on the registration information, the subject is registered with the medical imaging system. FIG. 2
