The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) below: for which: &mdash；X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a group NO2 or NH2, &mdash；R0 represents H or &mdash；CH2&mdash；C&equiv；CH, and &mdash；R1 and R2 each represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom； a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched hydrocarbon-based chain comprising from 1 to 10 carbon atoms； or an optionally substituted aryl group, and also the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, the stereoisomers thereof or mixtures of stereoisomers thereof in any proportion, in particular for use thereof as a medicament, in particular in the treatment or prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, and also the processes for the preparation thereof and the pharmaceutical compositions comprising same.La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) suivante : pour lesquels : - X représente un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un groupe NO2 ou NH2, - R0 représente H ou -CH2-C=CH, et - R1 et R2 représentent chacun, indépendamment l'un de l' autre, un atome d'hydrogène； une chaîne hydrocarbonée saturée ou insaturée, linéaire ou ramifiée, comportant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone； ou un groupe aryle éventuellement substitué, ainsi que leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, leurs stéréoisomères ou mélanges de stéréoisomères en toutes proportions, en particulier pour leur utilisation en tant que médicament, notamment dans le traitement ou la prévention de maladies neurodégénératives, ainsi que leurs procédés de préparation et les compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant.
