PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilizer in which when a filter device installed in a pouring water flow path that feeds water in a chamber is operated when a sterilization operation is performed under high pressure steam, the high-pressure steam flows out to be dangerous, thereby when an expected sterilization operation is performed, the operation of a feedwater filter cannot be performed, when the expected sterilization operation ends, the feedwater filter can be operated to attempt the safety.SOLUTION: When an expected sterilization operation is performed, the feedwater filter is made not to operate by a lid that shuts the opening of a chamber, when an expected sterilization operation ends, the feedwater filter is made to operate at the condition that opens the lid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】チャンバー内へ給水する注水流路に設けたフィルタ装置が、高圧蒸気下で滅菌動作が行なわれている際に操作された場合、高圧蒸気が流出して危険である。本発明は、所期の滅菌動作が行なわれている際には、給水フィルタを操作できないようにし、所期の滅菌動作が終了したとき、給水フィルタを操作できるようにして、安全を図ることができるようにするものである。【解決手段】所期の滅菌動作が行なわれている際には、チャンバーの開口を閉じる蓋によって給水フィルタを操作できないようにし、所期の滅菌動作が終了し、蓋を開いた状態で給水フィルタを操作できるようすること。【選択図】図9
