PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody wall surface-greening panel solving the following problem in view of the fact that conservation of existing greenery and creation of new greenery are effective on relief of heat-island phenomena where the air temperature does not decrease because solar heat in the day is accumulated in buildings or ground surfaces and released at night, and greenery on building wall surfaces is regarded as a new place for creating greenery: conventional wall surface greening requires cost including maintenance cost or the like because attendant facilities such as watering facilities are required and thereby a place to set the panel is limited and/or equipment becomes complicated, and also such landscape as to have inorganic feeling is created due to wall surface-greening material just after set up because plants require a period of time for growing.SOLUTION: The woody wall surface-greening panel is such that the front surface of the woody wall surface-greening panel is formed into a reverse bevel siding shape to receive rainwater or the like, so as to enable wall surface greening requiring no watering device by combining a vegetation base material having high water retention, absorbing water at a prescribed temperature-sensitive point or lower, and draining water at a temperature-sensitive point or higher, on the water-absorptive/water-retentive layer of the vegetation base material set inside the panel.
