The present invention relates to a hydrogen circulation-type apparatus for manufacturing hydrogen water, which enables non-dissolved hydrogen filling an upper side of the inside of a water tank to be recirculated and supplied through a hydrogen recirculation pipe after hydrogen supplied from a hydrogen generator through a gas pump is dispersed or which enables the hydrogen supplied from the hydrogen generator through a gas-liquid pump, water inside the water tank, and the non-dissolved hydrogen filling the upper side of the inside of the water tank to be recirculated and supplied, thereby applying a small hydrogen generator and manufacturing hydrogen water having sufficiently high concentrations of dissolved hydrogen, even if an amount of hydrogen supplied is reduced.
