PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master model for dental technique capable of enhancing holding force between a dowel pin and a support base.SOLUTION: A support base 10 for supporting a fixing plate 6 includes: an upper wall 14 having an insertion openings 18 for inserting dowel pins 8 and a peripheral-side wall 16 extending downward from an outer peripheral edge of the upper wall 14. Both sides of the upper wall 14 of the support base 10 include a pair of external engagement projections 22 and 24, and both sides of the insertion openings 18 include a pair of internal engagement projection rows 42 and 44 consisting of a plurality of internal engagement projections 46 and 48, where the internal engagement projections 46 and 48 include first projection bodies extending from the upper wall 14, and first small projections extending from the first projection bodies.
