PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food waste disposal method that can efficiently dispose food waste even if it has low calories or high-water content at low cost, and to provide a disposal device.SOLUTION: A food waste disposal device 1 includes: a breeding tank 10 for storing aquatic crustaceans； and water supply means 20 for supplying water to the breeding tank 10, where the multiple breeding tanks 10 are arranged in a multistage manner in a height direction.
