A method for fumigation comprises: two chambers such as fumigation chamber (1) and smoke chamber (2) a fumigant mixture having bacterial effect on a wide range of pathogenic bacteria said fumigation chamber (1) further comprising: a) a big hall of space of 8000 fts b) a provision for supply of fresh sterile HEPA filtered air (12) into the chamber c) a hollow and inverted pyramid shaped alter (3) d) motorized chimney hood placed above the alter (3) suck all the smoke emanating from the alter and transfer it to the smoke chamber (2) e) a duct (11) f) a sampling port (6) placed on the duct 6′ from the outlet point of the chimney hood said smoke chamber (2) further comprising: a) a safe exhaust air or smoke inside said chamber by HEPA filter and burn out it b) digital analog panel for monitoring co level, relative humidity, pressure and temperature c) sensor devices (12) d) a sampling port for air (6) or smoke collection and said fumigant mixture further comprising: ficus religiosa wood, clarified Indian Cow™s butter, formulated fumigant such as herein described in the ratio of 0.8- 1.1.1.
