PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for testing the drug sensibility of a tubercle bacillus, constituted so as to be simply and rapidly performed using a small amount of a culture medium and enhanced in safety, and also to provide a kit for testing the drug sensibility of the tubercle bacillus.SOLUTION: In the method for testing the drug sensibility of the tubercle bacillus, a specimen is cultured in a culture medium containing a tuberculostat and the obtained cultured medium is subjected to immunoassay to detect the tubercle bacillus strain specific secretory protein in the cultured medium as a tubercle bacillus marker. The specimen is cultured in a plurality of culture mediums containing tuberculostats different from each other so as to detect a multi-drug resistant tubercle bacillus and the obtained respective cultured mediums are preferably subjected to immunoassay. As the tuberculostat, isoniazid (INH), rifampicin (RFP), streptomycin (SM), ethambutol (EB), kanamycin (KM) or the like is used. As a control, it is preferable that the specimen is cultured in a culture medium containing no tuberculostat and the obtained cultured medium is preferably subjected to immunoassay. The immunoassay is preferably sandwich type immunoassay such as immunochromatography assay or the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】少量の培地を用いて簡便かつ迅速に行えるようにした安全性の高い結核菌の薬剤感受性検査法およびキットを提供する。【解決手段】抗結核薬を含有する培地中で検体を培養し、得られた培養物を免疫学的測定に供することによって該培養物中の結核菌群特異的分泌タンパク質を結核菌マーカーとして検出する、結核菌の薬剤感受性検査法。多剤耐性結核菌を検出できるように、互いに異なる抗結核薬を含有する複数の培地中で検体を培養し、得られた培養物のそれぞれを免疫学的測定に供することが好ましい。抗結核薬は、イソニアジド(INH)、リファンピシン(RFP)、ストレプトマイシン(SM)、エタンブトール(EB)、カナマイシン(KM)等が使用できる。対照として、抗結核薬を含有しない培地中で検体を培養し、得られた培養物を免疫学的測定に供するとよい。免疫学的測定は、イムノクロマトグラフィー測定などのサンドイッチ式免疫測定が好ましい。【選択図】図1
