PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical tool having a jaw portion to be moved between an open position and a closed position.SOLUTION: A surgical instrument comprises: a frame a slender portion extending from the frame to a distant position and regulating a longitudinal shaft an injection rod disposed at least partially in the slender portion and capable of moving in parallel with the slender portion a connector arranged adjacent to the distant portion of the injection rod and an end effector disposed at a distant end of the slender portion. The end effector includes a first jaw member and a second jaw member. These jaw members can move to each other between an open position and a near position. The first jaw member of the end effector is a cartridge having a knife.
