PURPOSE: A hydrogel anti-adhesion agent is provided to effectively prevent adhesion and to ensure mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a hydrogel anti-adhesion agent comprises: a step of introducing a carboxyl group to pullulan； a step of introducing tyramine to the pullulan； and a step of reacting horseradish peroxidase(HRP), the modified pullulan, and hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2). The carboxyl group is introduced using 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy, free radical(TEMPO), sodium bromide(NaBr), and sodium hypochloride solution. The tyramine is introduced using tyramine, N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS), and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl)-carbodiimide (EDC).본 발명은 티라민을 도입하여 개질된 풀루란과 서양고추냉이 과산화효소(horseradish peroxidase)와 과산화수소수(H2O2)를 이용하여 제조한 주입형 하이드로젤 유착방지제를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 i) 풀루란에 카르복실기를 도입하는 단계, ii) 풀루란에 티라민을 도입하는 단계, 및 iii) 개질된 풀루란과 서양고추냉이 과산화효소 및 과산화수소수를 반응시켜 하이드로젤을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 주입형 하이드로젤 유착방지제의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
