PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromechanical surgical system.SOLUTION: An electromechanical surgical system 10 includes an electromechanical surgical device 100, an adapter assembly 200, and a surgical loading unit 300. The adapter assembly includes a rotatable drive sleeve configured to receive a rotatable drive connector of the surgical device, a single rotatable drive shaft rotatably connected to the drive sleeve, and a gear disposed around a distal end of the drive shaft.
