the present invention model aims at a gauze pad impregnated with extra virgin coconut oil that will act as a primary dressing and is intended to promote wound hydration, maintaining the ideal moist environment for healing, with a view to contributing with alternatives viable treatment in relation to existing similars. there is currently a gauze pad impregnated with essential fatty acids (age) and other products designed to promote hydration and wound healing, although there are diversities, gauze with impregnation has high costs, which makes accessibility to the dressing impossible. in spite of the wide use of this type of gauze in the private service, the treatment of skin lesions has a great socioeconomic impact due to a large contingent of skin lesions of the most diverse etiologies, however, there is a need to invest in ways of optimization and treatment innovation. in view of this problem, and in order to overcome them, a gauze consisting of a non-adherent mesh of cellulose acetate impregnated with coconut oil (extra virgin), object of the present model of invention, was developed.o presente modelo de invenção tem por objetivo uma compressa de gaze impregnada com óleo de coco extra virgem que atuará como curativo primário e destina-se à promoção da hidratação da ferida, mantendo o ambiente úmido ideal para a cicatrização, com vistas a contribuir com alternativas viáveis de tratamento em relação aos similares existentes. atualmente existe compressa de gaze impregnada com ácidos graxos essenciais (age) e outros produtos destinados à promoção da hidratação e cicatrização de feridas, embora existam diversidades, as gazes com impregnação têm custos altos o que inviabiliza acessibilidade ao curativo. em que pese à larga utilização desse tipo de gaze no serviço privado, o tratamento de lesões cutâneas tem grande impacto socioeconômico devido um grande contingente de portadores de lesões cutâneas das mais diversas etiologias, no entanto, há a necessidade de se investir
