A polygonal protrusion (550) processed in a fixture and a coupling part processed in an abutment (100) are coupled with each other. A screw (300) is drawn through a penetration part (700), and the abutment and the fixture are fixed. The fixed abutment and the fixture maintain the fixed state thereof without shaking by the tightening force of a screw and the coupling force between the polygonal protrusion and the coupling part. Through the penetration part, the screw is coupled to the coupling part processed in the abutment. The fixture is fixed by the coupling part in the abutment and the screw.
