PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the flexibility and air permeability of three-dimensional gathers.SOLUTION: Three-dimensional gathers BS include a gathered double nonwoven fabric 15 and a waterproof sheet 12 held between two sheets 15, 15 of the gathered nonwoven fabric. The gathered nonwoven fabric 15 is intermittently bonded to the waterproof sheet 12 such that both surfaces of the waterproof sheet 12 have bonded portions 30 and non-bonded portions 31. The bonded portions 30 are disposed on both surfaces of the waterproof sheet 12 such that the bonded portions 30 are opposed to each other via the waterproof sheet 12. This structure can prevent a decrease in the flexibility of the gathered nonwoven fabric 15 and ensure the air permeability at the non-bonded portions.
