PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a grip part in a walking assist device used when an aged person or a disabled person walks.SOLUTION: The walking assist device 11 is equipped with a pair of right and left leg frames 21, 21 having two front and rear leg parts 22, 23 which extend in the vertical direction and have upper end parts joined by a handle 24 having a grip 41 grasped by a hand, and the leg frames 21, 21 are connected laterally in front parts of the leg frames.
