The present invention relates to an inhibitory and selective compound for the hbuche enzyme with an IC50 potency ranging from 0.15 to 0.19 nm and a selectivity greater than 58,000 fold in hbuche when compared to the hache enzyme. Additionally, the process of obtaining said compound comprises the steps of a) synthesis of the diazotransfer reagent； b) synthesis of azido amino acid and 4-aminomethyl-1-benzylpiperidine precursors； and c) synthesis of target compounds of chemical structure (i). further, the present invention relates to the obtained intermediate compounds； and the use of the chemical structure compound (i) to be in the preparation of a medicament for treating alzheimer's disease.a presente invenção refere-se a um composto inibidor e seletivo para a enzima hbuche com potência de ic50 que varia de 0,15 a 0,19 nm e seletividade maior que 58.000 vezes em hbuche, quando comparada à enzima hache. adicionalmente, o processo de obtenção do referido composto compreende as etapas de a) síntese do reagente de diazotransferência； b) síntese dos precursores azido-aminoácidos e 4-aminometil-1-benzilpiperidina； e c) síntese dos compostos-alvos de estrutura química (i). ainda, a presente invenção refere-se aos compostos intermediários obtidos； e ao uso do composto de estrutura química (i) para ser no preparo de um medicamento para tratar doença de alzheimer.
