PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide culture materials for aquatic life which can inhibit deterioration of water quality even in a large-sized culture pond difficult to maintain a water quality management and a growth environment, and which can improve the survival rate of aquatic life, a subject to be cultured by improving the growth environment, and promote the growth of aquatic life.SOLUTION: A culture material for aquatic life is obtained in combination with a calcium silicate-containing material and a nutritional supplement material consisting of either or both of a carbon-containing nutrient component and a nitrogen-containing nutrient component.
