The present invention relates to a portable apparatus for diagnosing stress which detects a movement of a human body by using an acceleration sensor, error-processes a pulse wave value and a skin resistance value measured at this time, and enables determining a relaxation degree (stress) of the human body by using heart rate variability and the skin resistance value at the same time when the human body is fixed without moving, thereby improving effectiveness and efficiency on determining the degree of stress of the human body.본 발명은 휴대용 스트레스 진단장치에 관한 것으로, 가속도센서를 이용하여 인체 움직임을 감지하고, 이때 측정되는 맥파값과 피부 저항값을 에러 처리하고, 인체가 움직이지 않고 고정되어 있을 때에는 심박 변이도와 피부 저항값을 동시에 활용하여 인체의 이완 정도(스트레스)를 판단할 수 있도록 하여 인체의 스트레스 정도를 판단하는데 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
