PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a woody soil capable of cultivating plants well at a low cost commensurate with agricultural materials. SOLUTION: This is a woody soil produced by modifying a plant fragment that has not been composted with a chemical solution containing citric acid and iron sulfate. The chemical solution is prepared so that the content ratio of the weight of citric acid to the weight of iron sulfate is 0.05 or more.
