The present invention relates to an ultrasonic surgical handpiece which removes a wrinkle of the skin by applying ultrasonic waves to the skin of a patient, and is used to treat obesity by resolving protein and fat. More specifically, the ultrasonic surgical handpiece gives a comfortable grip feeling to an operator, enables to easily operate for a procedure with one hand gripping the handpiece, is easy for a maintenance and a replacement of an ultrasonic module, which is an important component, prevents a medical accident as the ultrasonic waves are equally applied without being concentrated on a certain part of the skin, and enables to apply a quick and efficient ultrasonic treatment. According to the present invention, the ultrasonic surgical handpiece comprises: a housing that the operator grips； the ultrasonic module installed in a front lower portion of the housing, and applying the ultrasonic waves to the skin； an on/off gun installed in a lower portion of the housing to be controlled with an index finger of the operator, and making a discharge of the ultrasonic waves of the ultrasonic module on/off； and a control switch installed in an upper portion of the housing to be controlled with the index finger of the operator, and controlling a property of the ultrasonic waves that the ultrasonic module discharges.본 발명은 피시술자의 피부에 초음파를 인가하여 피부의 주름을 제거하고, 단백질 및 지방을 분해하여 비만을 치료하는데 사용되는 초음파 시술용 핸드피스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 시술자에게 편안한 그립감을 주고, 시술을 위한 조작을 핸드피스를 파지하고 있는 한 손으로 간편하게 할 수 있고, 중요한 구성요소인 초음파모듈의 유지보수와 교체가 용이하고, 초음파가 피부의 특정 부위에 집중되지 않고 균일하게 인가되어 의료사고를 예방하며 신속하고 효율적인 초음파 치료가 가능한 초음파 시술용 핸드피스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 초음파 시술용 핸드피스는 시술자가 파지하는 하우징； 상기 하우징의 전방 하부에 구비되며, 피부에 초음파를 인가하는 초음파모듈； 시술자의 검지로 조작 가능하도록 상기 하우징의 하부에 구비되고, 상기 초음파모듈의 초음파 발사를 온오프하는 온오프건； 시술자의 검지로 조작 가능하도록 상기 하우징의 상부에 구비되고, 상기 초음파모듈이 발사하는 초음파의 특성을 조절하는 조절스위치；를 포함하여 이루어진다.
