The present invention is directed to a composition comprising an extract of horse mud mud mushroom. The composition comprising the extract of horse mud mushroom inhibits 1) central nervous system inflammation and detachment of the weeds, thereby improving the clinical symptoms, and 2) the composition of T cells, macrophages and macrophages to the central nervous system (VCAM) -1 in the central nervous system vascular endothelial cells, and 4) inhibit the expression of integrin-α4 in lymphocytes. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be usefully used for prevention and treatment of spontaneous sclerosis and various immune diseases.
