PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide apparatus of a magnetic element which can be used flexibly.SOLUTION: At least a pair of guide magnets and at least two image photographing devices which include a radiation source 25 and a radiation detector 6, respectively, are provided. The radiation source and the radiation detector are attached to the facing end portion of C arms 6 and 22 which can oscillate by centering around a radial direction axial line and travel in the circumferential direction, respectively.
