The at least one capillary injection needle (4) is configured to transport a substance (6) by at least one capillary force through the at least one capillary injection needle (4) to its piercing tip (3), to at least partially moisten the piercing tip (3) with the substance (6), and to inject the substance (6) into an organic skin.
