PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knapsack type mist blower which includes an opening/closing valve and a filter in a liquid feed pipe and prevents a liquid from adhering to the hand of a worker when the filter is detached.SOLUTION: A knapsack type mist blower 10 includes: a knapsack frame carried by a worker on his/her back a blower unit 20 mounted on the knapsack frame and blowing air from a blowing duct a tank 30 mounted on the knapsack frame and storing a liquid a blower pipe 24 connected with the blowing duct of the blower unit 20 a liquid feed pipe 34 led out from a lower part of the tank 30 to a tip of the blower pipe 24 an opening/closing valve 35 opening/closing a pipe line of the liquid feed pipe 34 and a filter 36 removing foreign materials contained in the liquid fed from the tank 30. The opening/closing valve 35 is arranged at a higher position than a liquid face in the tank 30 when the tank is filled with liquid in normal use and the filter 36 is disposed on a downstream side of the opening/closing valve 35, in a state where a tip of the blower pipe 24 is erected vertically so as to be positioned at a higher position than the other parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】フィルタを取り外したときに作業者の手に液体が付着しない、送液管に開閉バルブとフィルタとを設けた背負式ミストブロワを提供する。【解決手段】背負式ミストブロワ10は、作業者が背負う背負フレームと、背負フレームに搭載されて噴出ダクトから空気を噴出させるブロワユニット20と、背負フレームに搭載されて液体を収容するタンク30と、ブロワユニット20の噴出ダクトに接続した送風管24と、タンク30の下部から送風管24の先端部に導出した送液管34と、送液管34の管路を開閉する開閉バルブ35と、タンク30から送られる液体に含まれる異物を除くフィルタ36とを備え、送風管24の先端部が他の部分より最も高い位置となるように鉛直に起立させた状態で、開閉バルブ35をタンク30の通常使用時における満液時の液面より高い位置に設け、フィルタ36を開閉バルブ35より下流側に介装した。【選択図】図3
