The present invention provides an automatic insect body fluid collecting machine, which comprises a conveying device, a carrier and a positioning cutting system all configured on a machine frame. The conveying device comprises a rail, a chuck base and a chuck, in which the chuck base may move horizontally on the rail, and the chuck may move upward and downward on the chuck base. During operation, the insect holders are placed on the carrier making all the insects in the insect holders having their backs facing the direction of the cutting device. The chuck may grip the insect holder to the cutting device, and sequentially have the back of each insect opposite to the cutting device.
