End parts of rigid clamp bar are positionally located at equal angle to the middle part and one end part of rigid clamp bar is in immobile way connected with first part of case with longitudinal guide projections. First part of case is connected with second half of case from the opposite side of clamp location, as well as is connected with it in the middle part of case by means of element, functionally connected with additional rod with screw thread, which is fixed on rotating part of drive, whose case is fixed in additional mobile case with rod and longitudinal external slots, which are located in longitudinal guides of first half of case.
