FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used to determine the tactics of laser treatment of acute and chronic forms of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Localization of filtration points and detachments and defects of the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) is determined according to the data of fluorescent angiography (FAG) and optical coherent tomography (OCT). They perform laser irradiation in the micropulse mode, applying laser applications closely to each other and covering the entire area of detachment and pigment epithelium defects in accordance with the point of filtration. With the localization of filtration points and detachments and defects of RPE in the foveal avascular zone of the retina, the following energy parameters are used: the wavelength of the yellow spectrum, micropulse duration is 50–80 mcs, work cycle is 0.5–2.5 %, power is 0.8–2.0 W, spot diameter is 80–130 mcm, number of pulses in a packet is 1–10. When localizing filtration points and detachments and defects of RPE outside the foveal avascular zone of the retina, the following energy parameters are used: wavelength of the yellow spectrum, the micropulse duration is 50–100 mcs, work cycle is 0.5–4.7 %, power is 0.5–2.0 W, spot diameter is 50–150 mcm, number of pulses in a packet is 1–20. With the localization of filtration points and detachments and defects of RPE in the foveal avascular zone of the retina, and beyond its limits, laser irradiation is carried out both in the foveal avascular zone of the retina, and beyond its limits with the above-mentioned energy parameters.EFFECT: method provides selective micropulse laser effects on RPE, adherence of pigment epithelium detachment with subsequent restoration of the external hematoretinal barrier and retinal architectonics, adherence of neuroepithelium, resorption of the subretinal fluid, articulation of external and internal segments of photoreceptors, restoration of defects in the l
