The present invention relates to combination therapies for the treatment of pancreatic cancers. The inventors have compared and combined the effect of OxA and NAB-paclitaxel, on their anti-tumoral properties. Their results indicate that the addition of OxA and NAB-paclitaxel improves the effect of individual treatment and the sequential treatment consisting of first NAB-paclitaxel treatment followed by OxA treatment was more efficient than reverse treatment. OxA was close to NAB-paclitaxel treatment in term of response and suggest that combined treatment OxA/ NAB-paclitaxel represents a new promising pancreas cancer therapy. In particular, the present invention relates to an OX1R agonist in combination with taxane for use in the treatment of pancreatic cancer in a subject in need thereof.La présente invention concerne des thérapies dassociation pour le traitement de cancers pancréatiques. Les inventeurs ont comparé et combiné leffet dOxA et de NAB-paclitaxel sur leurs propriétés antitumorales. Leurs résultats indiquent que lajout dOxA et de NAB-paclitaxel améliore leffet du traitement individuel et que le traitement séquentiel constitué dun premier traitement par NAB-paclitaxel suivi dun traitement par OxA est plus efficace que le traitement inverse. OxA est proche du traitement de NAB-paclitaxel en termes de réponse et cela suggère que le traitement combiné OxA/NAB-paclitaxel représente un nouveau traitement prometteur du cancer du pancréas. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un agoniste dOX1R en combinaison avec un taxane pour utilisation dans le traitement du cancer pancréatique chez un sujet en ayant besoin.
