PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic film for a medical liquid container having required characteristics as a forming material of the container such as little blushing occurring immediately after a high pressure vapor sterilizing treatment, and capable of not only heat sealing but also high-frequency fusion sealing in the case of forming the container.SOLUTION: The plastic film A for the medical liquid container comprises a surface layer 1 containing a monopolymer of a propylene as a main component, an intermediate layer 2 containing a polypropylene resin, a polyethylene resin and a thermoplastic elastomer, and a sealing layer 3 containing a copolymer of a propylene and another monomer as a main component, not containing in any of the layers a non-elastomer block copolymer of an olefin not having a benzene ring and a propylene.
