PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide three-dimensional gathers which are high in rising height and prevent leakage without impairing fitting feeling of hollow gathers.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has three-dimensional gathers G respectively rising to a skin side on both side parts of a surface side. The three-dimensional gathers G have a hollow part 10 in the form of a hollow cross-section, and a rising part 11 using a skin side surface 12 of the hollow part 10 as a rising base end. Side part elastic members 15, 15 are arranged on both side parts of the skin side surface 12 of the hollow part 10, and an intermediate part elastic member 16 is arranged between the side part elastic members 15, 15. The rising part 11 rises to the skin side by using a position where the intermediate part elastic member 16 is arranged as the rising base end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
