PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for objectively and highly accurately estimating the degrees of sensitive skins using horny layer cells and a technique for selecting cosmetics based on the estimated degrees of the sensitive skins.

The method for selecting the cosmetics uses the estimated degrees (healthy indices) of the sensitive skins as marks.
