PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular structure object that is excellent in hardness and elasticity while having silk original characteristics such as biocompatibility, and that can be used for blood vessel of a small bore diameter such as peripheral blood vessel.SOLUTION: A coating composition of a tubular structure object including a silk fibroin and a polyurethane resin is prepared. The silk fibroin and the polyurethane resin are performed by dispersion or dissolution to water, an organic solvent or a mixture of water and the organic solvent to make a coating solution.
