The objective of the present invention is to provide a radiographic imaging device which is capable of obtaining a subtraction image with which accurate diagnosis can be performed. According to the constitution of the present invention, imaging to generate tomographic images (D1, D2) is performed twice, and by obtaining the difference between the first imaging result and the second imaging result, a subtraction image (S) is obtained as a tomographic image. This constitution enables the operator to accurately detect the position and size of a lesion more easily compared to the traditional method of performing subtraction processing between projection images to generate the subtraction image (S).La présente invention vise à fournir un dispositif dimagerie radiographique qui est apte à obtenir une image par soustraction, avec laquelle un diagnostic précis peut être exécuté. Selon la composition de la présente invention, une opération dimagerie pour générer des images tomographiques (D1, D2) est réalisée deux fois et, par obtention de la différence entre le premier résultat dimagerie et le second résultat dimagerie, une image par soustraction (S) est obtenue en tant quimage tomographique. Cette composition permet à lopérateur de détecter avec précision la position et la dimension dune lésion plus facilement quavec le procédé de réalisation de processus de soustraction traditionnel entre des images de projection pour générer limage par soustraction (S).正確な診断をすることができるサブトラクション画像を取得することが可能な放射線撮影装置を提供する目的で、本発明の構成によれば、断層画像D1,D2を生成する撮影を2回行い、1回目の撮影結果と2回目の撮影結果との間で差分を取得することにより、サブトラクション画像Sを断層画像として取得する構成となっている。この様な構成によれば、従来における投影画像同士を減算処理してサブトラクション画像Sを生成する方法と比べて、術者が病変部の位置を正確や大きさを正確に捉えることが容易となる。
