PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bio-affinitive implant is provided to enhance cohesive power between an implant and a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing bio-affinitive implant is as follows. Hydroxyapatite composite powder is prepared by dispersing silver powder into hydroxyapatite powder. One or among nitrogen, argon, helium, hydrogen gas or carrier gas(13) is supplied. The hydroxyapatite composite powder is supplied to a vacuum chamber(19) in a condition without atmosphere while moving with carrier gas in a closed circuit. The hydroxyapatite composite powder collides with an implant type base metal and forms a coating layer.본 발명은 생체친화성 임플란트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 ⅰ) 수산화아파타이트 분말에 은 분말을 분산시킨 수산화아파타이트 복합체 분말을 준비하는 단계； ⅱ) 질소, 아르곤, 헬륨, 수소 가스 중 어느 하나 또는 이들을 혼합한 케리어 가스를 공급하는 단계； ⅲ) 상기 공급된 케리어 가스가 이동하는 폐쇄회로 상에서 상기 케리어 가스와 함께 이동하면서 대기와 접촉되지 않은 상태에서 입자가 분급된 수산화아파타이트 복합체 분말을 진공챔버에 공급하는 단계； ⅳ) 상기 진공챔버는 10-1 torr이하로 감압되어 공급되는 상기 수산화아파타이트 복합체 분말이 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금으로 제조된 임플란트형 기지금속에 고속으로 충돌하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계； 를 포함하는 생체친화성 임플란트의 제조방법을 제공한다.
