PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type wearing article including size adjustment means capable of being relatively simply operated with one hand.SOLUTION: Size adjustment means 28 includes a guide member 27 having a folding guide edge part 80a capable of contacting the folded portion of a fixing band 26 having length and width directions when the fixing band is folded. The fixing band includes inner and outer surfaces facing a clothing facing surface of a diaper body 20 a proximal part 74 fastened to the clothing facing surface and a fastened area 76 arranged on the external surface of a pinchable distal part 75 positioned on the opposite side to the proximal part in the length direction, and detachably fastened to at least one side of the clothing facing surface and the external surface of the fastening band 26. The guide member extends in the width direction of the fixing band on the outside of the external surface both portions over the fixing band are fastened to the clothing facing surface and the folding guide edge part extends in the width direction of the fixing band between the proximal part and the distal part.
