To provide an aid for radiotherapy of breast cancer.SOLUTION: An aid for radiotherapy of breast cancer includes a cup body 21 having a through hole (first aperture) 221, the cup body 21 comprising a base 212 and a compression part 211 continuously forming a recessed internal surface, the compression part 211 extending from the base 212, the recessed internal surface having a contour matching with a breast shape at the time of a female patient taking a predetermined posture. The through hole (first aperture) 221 is formed on the cup body so that part of the female patient's breast passes through the through hole, and has a contour curve defined by a cutting plane and a contour of the patient's breast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】乳癌の放射線治療用補助具を提供する。【解決手段】貫通孔（第１開口）２２１を有するカップ体２１を含み、カップ体２１は、基部２１２と、凹陥した内表面を連続的に形成する圧縮部２１１を備え、圧縮部２１１は基部２１２から延伸し、凹陥状の内表面は女性患者が所定の姿勢をとった際の乳房形状と一致する輪郭を有する。前記貫通孔（第１開口）２２１は女性患者の乳房の一部を通すようカップ体に形成されるとともに、切断平面と患者の乳房の輪郭により定義される輪郭曲線を有する。【選択図】図２
