PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of data for registration in comparison with the case in which an image of a part of an object is acquired and is simply registered as data for registration.SOLUTION: A data-for-registration acquisition part 22 acquires characteristic data indicating characteristics distributed in a first region of a predetermined size on a surface of a tablet 90 as data for registration from an image taken by a camera 30 for detection. A data-for-collation acquisition part 25 acquires characteristic data indicating characteristics distributed in a second region of a predetermined size on a surface of the tablet 90 as data for collation from an image taken by a camera 40 for examination.
