FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and is intended for the operative treatment of traumas of the locomotorium. A method of guiding metal screws for osteosynthesis through the bone consists in the fact that realised are: an access to the defective bone, apposition of bone fragments (reposition), temporary fixation of the fracture by bone-holders, immobilisation of the defect zone by a plate with openings, through which canals with tread walls for screws, fixing the plate to the surface, are formed. Thread cutting is realised with the simultaneous control of a revolution moment and the depth of thread cutting with the limitation of the cutting depth by the level of reduction of the revolution moment to a value of 0.7-0.8 from the current maximal value and the display of visual information for the doctor. Introduction of the screws is carried out with the control of the revolution moment and the depth of screwing, limiting the revolution moment at the final stage by a level of 0.8-1.2 of the maximal value in the process of cutting. A device for the introduction of the metal screws for osteosynthesis through the bone contains a microprocessor device, the outlet of which is connected to a computer. The device additionally contains a motor-reducer with a control unit, a sensor of the revolution moment of an output shaft of the motor-reducer, a sensor of the number of rotations of the output shaft of the motor-reducer, a unit of setting parameters and two comparison units. Outlets of the sensors of the revolution moment and the number of rotations of the output shaft of the motor-reducer are connected to information inlets of the microprocessor device and the first inlets of the first and second comparison units respectively, the second inlets of which are connected to the first and second outlets of the unit for setting parameters, which in their turn are simultaneously connected to information inlets of the microproces
