The present invention provides a composition containing polysaccharide vegetables, mushrooms and algae as fermentation materials by using special polysaccharide fermentation preparation method to transform and divide the polysaccharide molecules (β-glucan, α-glucan) into small molecular form sugars, which are a polysaccharide fermentation composition having a molecular weight of about 300 Daltons. Its structure is different from the general polysaccharide molecule, and it is an organic form. After the fermentation, the excess glucose structure on the branch is metabolized by the bacteria to remove excess glucose molecules, which can make the sugar molecule to have affinity and become a coating materialof polysaccharide fermentation composition. The composition has efficacies of anti-cancer, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, promote osteoblast proliferation, promote intestinal stem cell proliferation.本發明提供一種組合物含多醣蔬菜、菇類、藻類作為原料,經特殊醱酵製備方法,將多醣分子(β葡聚醣、α葡聚醣)轉化、分割形成小分子形態醣類,其為分子量約在300道爾頓的多醣醱酵組合物,其結構不同於一般多醣分子,為有機形態,經醱酵後支鏈上多餘的葡萄醣結構被菌體利用代謝,去除多餘葡萄醣分子,可使醣分子具有親合力,成為包覆材料的多醣醱酵組合物,具有抗癌、抗病毒、抗發炎、促進成骨細胞增生、促進腸道幹細胞增生的功效。
