The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermented extract of Cordyceps militaris grown on Rhynchosia nulubilis, and a pharmaceutical composition for fatty liver suppression comprising the same. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention does not show cytotoxicity while increasing the expression of fatty acid oxidized genes, and thus can be usefully used for the purpose of treatment of fatty liver.본 발명은 서목태 동충하초 발효 추출물의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 지방간 억제용 약학 조성물을 제공한다.본 발명의 약학 조성물은, 지방산 산화 유전자의 발현을 증가시키면서도 세포독성은 나타내지 않으므로, 지방간 치료를 목적으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
