PURPOSE: A tractor capable of maximally steering front wheels without the interference of a front axle is provided to locate a driving cap with a seat for a driver on the upper side of the engine. CONSTITUTION: A tractor includes a car body frame(30) and a frame box(60). The car body frame is located on the location higher than a front wheel axle(53) or a rear wheel axle. The car body frame has a recessed portion on the center for locating the engine of a car, and includes a through-hole for inserting the front wheel axle, and a penetration unit. A pivotal axis is installed on the car body frame for rotating a refraction arm. The frame box includes a driver for rotating the pivotal axis.본 발명은 트랙터의 차체 프레임을 전륜의 바퀴 간섭이 없도록 전륜 차축 쪽에는 상향 배치되고 중간부에는 엔진부가 배치되게 그 중간 부분이 움푹 페인 구조로 함으로써, 상기 전륜이 상기 전차축의 간섭 없이 최대한 조향이 가능하게 되고, 운전석이 구비된 운전캡을 엔진부의 상부에 배치가 가능하게 한 트랙터를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.본 발명은 트랙터에 있어서 전륜의 바퀴 간섭이 없도록 전륜 차축 쪽에는 상향 배치되고, 중간부에는 엔진부가 배치되게 그 중간 부분이 움푹 페인 구조로 된 차체 프레임을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
