PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 100% bamboo powder organic soil conditioning material capable of being freely connected, covered and spread according to a culture medium for field crops, facilitating growth of field crops, preventing diseases of growing fruits, holding and cushioning the fruits, and being decomposed, degraded and assimilated with the culture medium after the harvest.SOLUTION: A bamboo material such as Phyllostachys heterocycla, Phyllostachys bambusoides or Sasa is crushed into prescribed small pieces, and after that, the crushed bamboo material is pressed and kneaded by a pressure extruding device with the internal pressure of at least 15 Kg/cm2. Then, the bamboo material is minced by a cutter in the length from 20 to 200 mm, and discharged from a porous nozzle at the distal end into the atmospheric air. The discharged bamboo material is swollen and dispersed, and hard tissue and soft tissue are dissected. At this time, cellulose and hemicellulose forming cell walls are also dissociated from the fixed state by lignin, so that the flexibility and bulkiness are increased. Further, as starch particles are present in the periphery of cellulose and hemicellulose, intervention of microorganisms is facilitated, so that the decomposition and assimilation with the culture medium is possible.
