The disclosure relates to a bio-fertilizer composition including at least one micro- biological entity selected from the group consisting of bacteria, fungi, and combinations thereof； and a polymeric microgel which can promote the growth of plants, improve seed germination, increase the flowering rate, flowering quality, or improve crop yield and quality after application of said bio-fertilizer directly to the soil or in a natural or artificial substrate or as a foliar spray on the plant. The disclosure also relates to a process for preparation of a bio-fertilizer composition.La présente invention concerne une composition d'engrais biologique comprenant au moins une entité microbiologique choisie dans le groupe constitué de bactéries, de champignons et de combinaisons de ceux-ci ； et un microgel polymère qui peut activer la croissance des plantes, améliorer la germination des graines, augmenter la vitesse de floraison, la qualité de la floraison, ou améliorer le rendement et la qualité des cultures après application dudit engrais biologique directement sur le sol ou dans un substrat naturel ou artificiel ou en pulvérisation foliaire sur la plante. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'une composition d'engrais biologique.
