A method and the device for ultrasonic measurement of elasticity and viscosity of biological tissues in real time relate to ultrasonic systems and methods of medical diagnostics. For realization of the method a set of directions of sounding in scanning plane is set, with radiation of powerful focused ultrasonic beam and with evaluation of shear modulus and shear viscosity of biological tissues by spectral characteristics of the first time and spatial derivative displacements in shear wave. Representation of results is carried out as estimation of the average value of the shear modulus and viscosity in given measuring volume and/or as spatial distribution of shear modulus or viscosity in measuring volumes in sounding plane. A device for realization of the method includes connected in series transmitter, ultrasonic transducer, receiver, calculator of displacement of tissues in measuring volumes of chosen set of directions of sounding and a spectral analyzer. Additionally it comprises connected in series calculator of shear modulus and shear viscosity, data collection and averaging block and device for representation of information. There additionally are included a calculator of spectral components of the first time derivatives and calculator of spectral components of the first spatial derivative displacements. The method and the device provide increase of accuracy of determination of visco-elastic parameters of soft tissues.Способ и устройство для ультразвукового измерения упругости и вязкости биологических тканей в реальном времени относится к ультразвуковым системам и способам медицинской диагностики.
