FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises the first transosseous fixation rod-type apparatus consisting of a longitudinal screw rod, the first slide bars with two mutually perpendicular holes some distance away from each other, fixed on the longitudinal screw rod, e.g. by screw nuts in one of the holes of the first slide bars and fixed, e.g. by screw nuts of the first transversal screw rods in the second hole of the first slide bars, and transosseous elements. The apparatus accommodates the second slide bars with two mutually perpendicular holes some distance away from each other, fixed in the first hole, e.g. by screw nuts on opposite ends of the first transversal rods. The first transosseous elements are fixed, e.g. by screw nuts, in the second hole of the second slide bars and are lying in one or more planes intersected at an angle from 0 to 30° together with the slide bars and transverse screw rods, they make the first holding reposition assemblies. The second holding reposition assemblies are configured as the third slide bars with two mutually perpendicular holes some distance away from each other, fixed on the longitudinal screw rod, e.g. by screw nuts in one of the holes of the third slide bars and fixed, e.g. by screw nuts of the second transversal screw rods in the second holes of the third slide bars. The fourth slide bars are provided with two mutually perpendicular holes some distance away from each other, fixed in the first hole, e.g. by screw nuts on the opposite ends of the second transversal rods. The second transosseous elements are fixed, e.g. by screw nuts, in the second hole of the fourth slide bars and are lying in one or more planes intersected at an angle from 0 to 30°. The planes of the second transosseous elements lye at an angle of 70 to 120° in relation to the plane of the first transosseous elements. The apparatus comprises the second transosseous fixation apparatus similar to the first one and mounted on bones of adjoining segments
